A startup on the Scandinavian telecom market wanted to create their own brand of tech-accessories to sell.
Symbol & Logo
The name comes from the Swedish born 19th-century french designer John H. Vougus, who spent most of his life working at one of the worlds renowned fashion houses.
The craftsman meets the enemy, greed.
A dissatisfied Vougus left the company and greedy board who prioritized profit above quality. Together with his passion he started working on his own and died a tragic death in his New York loft before completing anything.
A burning tragedy with future hope.
In the fire that took Vougus life, stood the iron vault that kept his sketches and documents detailing his principles. The vault was acquired by us on an auction in 2014. As a tribute to Vougus, we’re bringing him to life again, by creating using his principles and releasing products for the sophisticated lifestyle.
Every detail of this book was created to preserve the Vougus brand and it's values.

The first audio product from Vougus. It’s created to have a sound quality that is best at the given price point and satisfy the most critical audiophile even though it’s primary use is as a subtle fashion statement for the sophisticated.
It's minimal build is relaxing for the ears. High-quality will always be associated with this product. The goal has been to create a visually appealing earphone from high quality materials for an outstanding experience.
